Currently working with Valeo Switches and Sensors GmbH as hardware expertise engineer and responsible for reviewing and giving feedback on HW architecture, HW risk analysis, schematic and layout,, test matrix, test result & design justification document of sensors, ECU and top column module system.
Worked with Marquardt Group and involved with a customer project of secure passive keyless entry that includes short-range ultra wide band (UWB) RF transceiver. Responsibility include placement studies, reviewing schematic & layout and test specification of UWB system, as well as HW bug fixing extensively focused in EMC/EMI issues.
Responsible with conception, technical assessment of automation and connectivity and drivers of information system. Involving radio frequency hardware design including schematic, placement and layout that aligns with customer and supplier requirements during system design and execution phase. Working closely with software, system, mechanics and validation team to resolve issues EMC / EMI issues to ensure best reception quality. In addition, RFI and RFQ provide technical support during RFQ phase for winning new business.
Cellular (4G, 3G and 2G) circuit design for Blackberry Z10; Bold 9790, 9780, 9700 and Curve 9380. The range of activities covers the whole product development cycle from conception to completion in radio frequency point of view. Worked in a cross-functional environment with various disciplines, e.g. industrial design, baseband hardware, radio software, radio calibration, mechanics, electro-mechanics, product validation/quality and pre-certification. Provided onsite and remote support to production team in Canada, Mexico and Hungary. In addition, supporting product engineering team in terms of cost down and quality assurance.
Cellular (3G and 2G) circuit design for multimedia high-end handsets; NOKIA N81, N76 & N71. Worked intensively with RF schematic, placement and layout to ensure risk free completion by main and alternate supplier assessment. Involved in a cross-functional working environment for hardware trouble shooting and bug fixing. Provided onsite and remote support to production team during R&D and mass production in Finland and China.
Involved with RF hardware integration, verification and error analysis of proto-type handset. Analyzing
performance of components, e.g. antenna switch module, RF ASIC, RF power amplifier, Bluetooth, FM radio chip
and reported to RF team of Nokia Mobile Phone, Ulm, Germany, during product development phase.
Designed and realized dual band GSM repeater for automotive application. Worked closely with prove of concept team to realize the proto type and measured the system in Mercedes-Benz test car.
Electrical and electronic investigation, system measurement and documentation of developing samples of dual band (2.45 & 5.2 GHz) SiGe power amplifier with the standard of IEEE802.11 a/b/g.
Involved with the research project was titled "Software Configurable Receiver for Automobile". The main tasks of
the internship were characterizing, designing and realizing the RF front-end of software defined DVB-T tuner.
Designed and developed laboratory equipment for educational, industrial and medical sector. The activities
include schematic, layout, cost and quality of product, dealing with outsource manufacturer and supplier, etc.
