Developed the concept of the iOS and Android applications
within an agile project environment with intensive
interdisciplinary collaboration.
The project goal was to rethink and illustrate the future
check-in process for Aegean Airlines. This included an
automated check-in process as well as the integration of
additional services and ancillaries.

Created the concept for the responsive website, developed
proto-personas and deined user journeys. Conducted
workshops with the client to gather requirements and to
present the concept.
The project's strategic goal was to benefit from the
synergy across its several subsidiaries by standardizing the
booking flow processes.

such as rental car and hotel.
As part of Qatar Airways‘ overall redesign initiative, the
booking flow experience needed to be optimized, enhanced
with additional services and adapted to a responsive
design approach.

a clickable wireframe prototype was developed to
illustrate the interaction. Responsible for presenting the
concept and conducting workshops around the UX design
on site in Doha [Katar].
The launch of iOS7 was the starting point for Lufthansa‘s
assignment to revise their mobile apps. This included the
improvement of the information architecture and the layout
templates as well as the visual language. These modiications
were then adapted to the Android version.

Pitch to rebrush the visual and structural concept of the
travel and booking website for Aegean Airline.

Created concepts for the homepage including the booking
form and the complete booking low process. In
close collaboration with the design team, visual mock-ups
were created showing the overall design direction and
general user experience paradigms.
Initially Tetra - a global market leader of the aquatic industry
- wanted to optimize their web presence by resolving
some serious usability issues regarding the websites‘ navigation.
Over time, however, the usability review became a
comprehensive redesign work package.

Conducted the initial usability review. Created concepts
for navigation and several key screens.
Gothaer was looking for a new design concept to make its
large set of products more discoverable and accessible
for customers and to generate more leads. Furthermore
the online self-presentation of Gothaer insurance agents
should be revised.

Supported the internal design team by creating concepts
for insurance RFP process and product detail pages.
Mainly responsible for the concept for the insurance
agents self-presentation and related navigation design.
Pitch to redesign the Fun Card iOS app. The app allows to
create customized post cards with your own image and to
initiate the delivery by Deutsche Post from your iPhone.

Transparo was a well-known price comparison portal in
germany before being acquired by Verivox. To increase the
conversation rate and to improve lead generation, Transparo
wanted to optimize their insurance calculators and the
corresponding RFP process.
My tasks
Conducted expert review. Created concepts for several
insurance calculators.
Vaillant only established a dedicated
digital department in order to strengthen their digital
expertise. One of their first major initiative was the redesign
of their website and the selection of external service
providers.
My tasks
Creation of expert reviews of current website. Prepare and
conduct design research, e.g. online survey. Conducted
(guerrila-) research, created personas, scenarios and user
journeys. Prepared and facilitated workshops with country
managers. Create wireframes for speciic topics. Participated
at the agency selection process.
The Operator Console application is able to replace organisations’
primary answering devices which operate in the
traditional PBX mode of incoming calls being answered by
the operator and then transferred to the inal contact.
