Telefonica / O2 planned to use the Scrum method in developing the online shop. During the development stage, Scrum was introduced step by step.
A bridge for the requirements of the online shop was created between the otherwise classic company and the shop development department so that the product owners could control the development of their product perfectly with the help of the backlog and the scrum process.
The project became a successful lighthouse within the group and other departments wanted to introduce agility based on the example.
