Summary
For over 14 years I am with many customers like BMW, AMD, Siemens, Qimonda, TSystems, Jack Wolfskin, Gerry Weber in various industries. Here he supported those customers primarily in a leading position as project manager on IT or overall with the main field of application of software development projects. He has been responsible from project initialization / setup phase (project setup, tendering and tender phase of additional partners, ..)/ control of conception / development / testing phase up to handover in the operation / line. Those software projects have been in different contexts such as introduction projects or migration projects, individual or standard development / customizing. Having this role partly on the side of customer and party on the side of service provide he gained experience on both sides and can use the 2 perspectives competence with high benefits for customers in the daily project work. Depending on the BestFit project situation as well as based on the customer's wishes, project methods such as classic / waterfall, Scrum / Kanban and hybrid were facilitated in order to implement the project deliveries.
