• Developed a global off-shoring strategy for a European network equipment manufacturer, which reduced costs by over €200 million p.a. Managed consultant teams for Asian country pilot, detailed business case and global transformation program.

• Introduced strategic workforce management at a leading mobile operator in the Czech Republic to steer and synchronize workforce demand and supply in the Technology area (IT/NT). Developed immediate and long-term HR measures increasing the efficiency and competitiveness.

Senior Marketing Manager Mobile Broadband

Marketing strategy and proposition development for 10 European T-Mobile countries with more than 4 million mobile broadband subscribers and over €500 million annual revenues. Managed strategic key programs and cross-functional multi-national teams.

• Designed and launched comprehensive data cards propositions in European business markets and mobile broadband consumer mass market propositions together with local T-Mobile subsidiaries in both postpaid and prepaid segments.

• Introduced a network quality differentiation & traffic management strategy to exploit customers’

willingness to pay for premium experience and to address also target segments with lower quality

demand and budgets.

• Outlined bundling strategies and negotiated partnerships with leading laptop / netbook

manufacturers. Defined business model, sales processes, packaging and promotion for device

bundles, which gained a significant sales push in the participating T-Mobile markets.

• Defined proactive retention strategies to address mobile broadband churn risks and to increase

customer stickiness. Introduced action catalogue in European markets, which reduced the churn

rates by up to 50%.

• Developed value added services bundles sold together with mobile broadband access tariffs.

Identified and negotiated suitable partnerships (security, gaming, location based services) and

created new business and operating models. Launched value added services in several European markets, which provide additional revenues and differentiation by integration in premium tariffs.

• Expanded the European public Wi-Fi business of T-Mobile HotSpot to > €35 million p.a. as

proposition marketing lead. Managed the international marketing strategy and product roadmap.

• Developed Internet market entry strategies for several units of the Wolters Kluwer publishing group. Coordinated projects to introduce new electronic media products.
