Provide guidance to the project team concerning technologies and architecture to be used. System and SW architecture for seat belt buckle testing tool used in production sites (LabWindows CVI, TDMS, NI 6361). Support to testing buckles with mechanical switch or hall sensor. Extend capabilities for a car crash data logger equipment to record CAN communications simultaneously with SPI communications and other digital signals (STM32).

  • Rain Light Sensor (RLS): Design and develop an integration testing tool with CANoe, CANape and specific environmental simulators for light and rain. Provide user manual for the tool, and testing team support
  • Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS): handling two types of test benches: functional test (HIL) and environmental/qualification test. Expand software test tool capabilities to support new OEM sensors (LIN communication, GUI, relay matrix configuration). Extensions on HW level - design a module to simulate cranking profile and others to replace high power current source. Maintenance: replace broken parts, yearly calibration of the measurements equipment. Start-up new test benches for environmental test. Providing assistance for environment setup.
  • Passive Entry system: Design a tool for testing the entire communication in the system: CAN, LF, RF. Use National Instruments data acquisition cards to get DIO or MIO. Test bench concept validated by the customer during the summer test session.
  • Lane Change Assistance (LCA): Providing 1st level support; Interfacing between local testers and test bench developers from another location. Perform electrical tests. Failure tracking.
  • Other small projects: Amplitude and frequency monitor for a vibration test stand. LIN tracer with K-Line adapter. Multiple thermocouple data logger (Keithley 2700)
