Distribution of production relevant data for two plant and various zones.
Based on that data ( 3 mio. rec.) the user can run sophisticated evaluations and reports,
without affecting the central ERP-System.

Allows the evaluation of all material-based data.
This is not only the ABC and XYZ classification, but also the simulation of order adjustments, 
analyzing material ranges and general statistical data.
The data retrieval of this project is based on all stock movement,
which is more than 200 mio. rec. for every single run that takes 2 minutes.

Processing of all orders, confirmations and forecasts for almost all suppliers of the plant in Rosenheim and Durlangen.
The highest volumes is based on EDIFACT, but there is also SupplySync (SAP) and other company based standards.
The program transfers and received an average of 1000 positions a day.
Any discrepancy based on amount, money and time will be processed by a connected worklfow-system.

Check for doublettes. The interface is based on SOAP, using the application server of oracle.

Calculates for every supplier a forecast based on the current order and stock situation.
The whole data is retrieved and calculated on demand for the suppliers.
