Project management in interdisciplinary projects, coordination of business units in the analysis and implementation of projects. Team size up to 15 persons, 9 units and external service provider. Budget planning, reporting and monitoring of project progress, escalation management.

  • set up of credit card payments for two web shops
    shop.repower.com and shop.plugnroll.com
  • set up of Media Asset Management Tool for Marketing
  • set up of car sharing tool for the company car pool
  • Gather business requirements and further improve the vision for the development of application landscape
  • Coordinate the gathering and implementation of business
    requirements and insure their translation in fit-for-purpose IT
    solutions
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification and to the satisfaction of project owners
  • Coordinate the procurement and contract management with various suppliers for application activities including periodic
    renewals of licenses or maintenance contracts   
  • Actively manage suppliers to deliver against agreed schedules, deliverables and cost commitments
  • Ensure that project and system documentation is accurate,
    complete and up-to-date
  • Ensure that all applications are operating with optimal
    performance, availability and reliability according to the
    technical specifications, operating procedures and
    security/regulations
  • Ensure / supervise the remedy of any anomalies
  • Carry out any other tasks requested by line management in the interest of the service
  • Ensure effective and timely end-user support, minimizing the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business and preventing reoccurrence of any such incidents
