Electrical and functional test execution, test specification review
Provide services related complete chain of HIL testing, from System requirements review analysis, test specification, test script automation and execution. Continuously cooperation with Functional Safety Engineer in developing test strategy and test results assessment.
Supporting Test management on building test plan, error management, KPI, risk analysis, troubleshooting with SW and HW departments. Participate in developing generic test artifacts over multiple product generations. Elaborate together with test-bench developers new means to testing BMS functionalities to come.
Build-up connections with external test solution suppliers, attend to seminars and expo events to learn on newest industry developments. Participate in RFQ for testing topics. Test concept definition from scratch to cover ENG.8, ENG.9, ENG.10, DV/PV. LabView programming for testing basic functions of CMS.
Enhance testing throughput to drive longer time test scenario (from seconds to minutes); improve queuing mechanism to be able to run different test scenarios for days (target was to cover the weekend time). Implement CAN rest bus simulation with DS4302, reporting relevant CAN signals during the test. Automatize test reporting. Planning test activities over all test equipment on the site. Drive test packages for different platforms/OEM.
Investigation of return field ECU, provide fixing solution. Drive 8D reports and customer support to support sw updates. Technical interface for the software team in relation to hardware and testing teams; Coordinate team members activities.
Develop firmware (SPI communication) on PIC24/32 platform to simulate different acceleration/gyro sensors. Develop supporting tools to test and simulate SPI communications.
Design and develop acceleration sensors emulator using NI LabView RT & FPGA (sbRio 9606). Assessment for the future sensors to be used in the restrain ECU's. Provide guidance to the project team concerning technologies and architecture to be used. System and SW architecture for seat belt buckle testing tool used in production sites (LabWindows CVI, TDMS, NI 6361). Support to testing buckles with mechanical switch or hall sensor. Extend capabilities for a car crash data logger equipment to record CAN communications simultaneously with SPI communications and other digital signals (STM32).
As member of the Lighting functionalities in the car my activities in developing software according to customer requirements were C coding and documenting SW requirements specification, SW design, testing. Perform tests at different level (module test, validation test): SIL, HIL. Take the ownership for internal SW testing tool.
Monitor and supervise network functionality (LAN/MAN/WAN).Provide technical support and coordinate the service team on the field and other auxiliary departments. Technical support for company's clients. Network device configuration (CATV, VoIP, broad band).
