Situation:

US & India led Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (and SCM) for Germany (Frankfurt and Regensburg). Due to a change of scope of the project after 6 months, the GE Business team in the US decided to defer work and management from the US and their offshore team in India, to GE Czech Republic and their local implementation partner.

• Collect, document and communicate client business user functional & interface requirements.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation have implemented Oracle EBS R12 and outsourced their Post-Production Support activities to Ordina.

The Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Group has implemented Oracle EBS R12 Financials & SCM and set up new operating units for their Real Estate division.

The Dutch Public Prosecution Service (OM) decides whether an offender must appear before the court and it prepares the indictment.
